Are you a junk removal service?
No. We do not haul trash or provide dumpster services. Our role is structured separation and resale intelligence. Clients are responsible for arranging trash removal if needed.
What if we do not know what to keep?
We guide the separation process and create clearly defined zones. Final decisions always remain with the client.
Do you move heavy furniture?
We reposition items as needed for sorting purposes. Full furniture relocation or moving services are not included.
How long does a typical project take?
Small properties may require 4 to 8 hours. Larger estates with garages or basements may require multiple days. We provide time estimates after consultation.
Do you purchase items from estates?
In certain situations, we may discuss selective buyout opportunities for qualifying resale items. This is optional and evaluated on a case by case basis.
